This is a bedroom community, pure and simple. The population of 65,850 as of June 2024 makes it one of Kuwait's largest suburbs, home to the country's biggest stadium. But don't mistake size for excitement - the bureaucracy here is a persistent headache. The climate is oppressive, with brutal summer heat. If you're after peace, quiet, and a bit of space, Ardiya might work. But for most, it's just a soulless commuter town.
