With a population of nearly 18,000, Zabbar is the seventh largest city in Malta, but that doesn't mean it's a bustling metropolis. The bureaucracy is a persistent headache, and the climate can be brutally hot and humid. However, the city is steeped in religious devotion, with the grand Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace at its heart.
