Kanjedza, Malawi

There's not much to get excited about in this tiny island. Maylandia xanstomachus, a cichlid fish species, is the main claim to fame - growing up to 12.5 centimeters and occasionally sold in the aquarium trade. Beyond that, the Maleri Islands and Kanjedza Island offer little for would-be expats. Bureaucracy is a persistent headache, and the climate is likely stifling. Overall, Kanjedza seems suitable only for the most dedicated fish enthusiasts.
